Cut all my own parts with a 4.5 inch cut of wheel which added a ton of time to the build. If I do another one I will be having it cut by someone with a waterjet.

I don't know the price of bearins and pulleys but you can get some from mcmastercarr.com for about 75 for bearings and about 100 for pulleys. I'd guess that I have about $1000 into it. For a similar hp surface drive most are up over $2000 or $2500.
